We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Sales Executive / Telecaller to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

- Make calls to existing and potential clients.
- Promote journals, subscriptions, and publication services.
- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate information.
- Follow up with clients regarding quotations, orders, and payments.
- Maintain regular communication with customers.
- Achieve monthly sales and calling targets.
- Maintain basic records of calls and client follow-ups.

Requirements

- Sales/Telecalling experience required.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Good interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office.
- Positive attitude and ability to work with targets.
