Job Summary

Onward Technologies is seeking a skilled Pipe Routing Engineer with expertise in Siemens NX (UG NX) to support the design and development of hydraulic and pneumatic routing systems for automotive, off-highway, construction equipment, and industrial machinery applications. The ideal candidate should possess robust mechanical design skills, routing experience, and a good understanding of installation and packaging requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop hydraulic and pneumatic pipe/tube routing layouts using Siemens NX (UG NX).
- Create 3D models and 2D manufacturing drawings for pipes, hoses, tubes, clamps, and support brackets.
- Perform packaging studies, clearance checks, and interference analysis.
- Design routing solutions considering manufacturability, serviceability, maintenance, and assembly requirements.




- Develop installation layouts and support structures for hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Prepare engineering drawings, BOMs, and technical documentation.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as manufacturing, production, quality, and installation teams.
- Support prototype builds, testing, installation, and issue resolution.
- Participate in design reviews and engineering change implementation.

Pay: ₹650,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
