Roles and responsibilities:

* Follow up with leads generated through digital marketing campaigns and other sources.

* Convert inquiries into admissions by providing accurate course information and guidance.

* Maintain records and update the CRM on a daily basis.

* Coordinate with the admissions, training, and support teams for a smooth enrollment process.

* Achieve monthly admission targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Required Skills

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Solid convincing and counseling abilities.

* Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office.

* Positive attitude with a target-oriented approach.

* Ability to build rapport with leads.

* Prior experience in education counseling or admissions is preferred.

Qualification

* Graduate in any discipline.

* 1–3 years of experience in Education Counseling, Academic Counseling, Admissions, or Sales is preferred.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
