- Develop financial strategies and investment plans for project implementation.

- Assess financial feasibility and evaluate alternative project options.

- Support phased implementation based on available financial resources.

- Review project cost estimates and analyse CAPEX, OPEX, and life-cycle costs.

- Recommend cost optimization measures while maintaining technical standards.

- Prepare financial models, cost-benefit analyses, and economic appraisals.

- Assess project affordability, sustainability, and funding requirements.

- Recommend sustainable financing mechanisms for long-term asset management.

- Identify funding sources and assist in preparing funding proposals.

- Prepare financial inputs and investment plans for DPRs and project approvals.

- Coordinate with the Team Leader, Estimation Expert, and Design Team.

- Participate in client meetings and provide financial inputs during project reviews.

- Ensure compliance with Government guidelines and financial standards.

- Verify financial accuracy,



consistency, and maintain supporting documentation.

Qualifications

MIM/MBA/PGDM in financial management/Business Analytics/Economics
