About TailorMate

TailorMate is a digital business management app designed specifically for tailoring shops and boutiques. It helps tailors manage customers, measurements, orders, billing, payments, expenses, inventory, and day-to-day business activities.

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media & Content Intern who can help us grow the TailorMate community and increase awareness and engagement across social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

1. AI Video Creation & Promotion

- Create engaging AI-generated promotional videos for TailorMate.
- Create short-form videos/Reels/Shorts showcasing TailorMate features and benefits.
- Use AI tools for creating AI avatars, voiceovers, animations, product demonstrations, and promotional content.
- Develop creative video concepts based on TailorMate features, customer problems, and tailoring-business trends.
- Create promotional videos in English and Indian regional languages when required.
- Repurpose existing content into different formats for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, WhatsApp, and other platforms.

2. WhatsApp Community Management

- Manage and actively engage the TailorMate WhatsApp community.
- Regularly post useful and interesting content for tailoring shop owners and boutique owners.
- Share TailorMate tutorials, feature updates, tips, promotional videos, and announcements.
- Encourage discussions, questions, feedback, and interaction within the community.
- Respond to basic user questions and coordinate important product-related queries with the appropriate team.
- Identify common questions and user concerns that can be converted into future content.

3. Social Media Content Management

- Regularly publish content across TailorMate's social media channels.
- Create and post:
- TailorMate advertisements
- App feature videos
- Tutorial videos
- Tailoring tips
- Business tips for tailors
- Customer success stories




- Product updates
- Educational content
- Reels and Shorts
- Festival and seasonal content
- Maintain a consistent posting schedule.
- Monitor engagement, views, shares, comments, and follower growth.
- Identify popular content and create more content around topics that perform well.

4. Content Ideas & Trends

- Research trending Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, AI video formats, and social media trends.
- Identify content ideas relevant to tailors, boutiques, fashion designers, and tailoring businesses.
- Suggest current campaigns and creative ideas to increase TailorMate's reach and engagement.
- Keep up with new AI tools that can improve content creation.

5. TailorMate Tutorials

- Create simple and easy-to-understand tutorial videos explaining how to use TailorMate.
- Convert app features into short educational videos.
- Create beginner-friendly content such as:
- How to create an order
- How to add customers
- How to save measurements
- How to create invoices
- How to track payments
- How to manage expenses
- How to use reports
- How to manage inventory
- Publish tutorials both in the TailorMate community and on social media.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and WhatsApp.
- Strong interest in AI video creation and social media content.
- Ability to use AI tools for video, image, voiceover, and content creation.
- Basic video editing skills.
- Good communication and writing skills.
- Creative mindset and ability to come up with new content ideas.




- Willingness to learn new AI and social media tools.
- Ability to understand and explain mobile app features in a simple way.

Preferred Skills

Experience with tools such as:

- AI video/avatar tools
- Canva
- CapCut or similar video editing tools
- AI voiceover tools
- ChatGPT or other AI content tools
- Instagram Reels
- YouTube Shorts
- WhatsApp Communities

Knowledge of Hindi, will be an added advantage.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

The intern will be evaluated based on:

- Number of quality videos created and published
- Social media reach and engagement
- Growth in followers and community members
- WhatsApp community engagement
- Tutorial content published
- Video views and retention
- User engagement generated through content
- New content ideas and campaigns implemented
- Growth in TailorMate brand awareness
