We are hiring an Accident In-Charge for an automobile service-related role in Thiruvananthapuram.

Responsibilities:

- Handle accident-related vehicle service and repair processes.
- Coordinate with customers regarding repair requirements and updates.
- Coordinate with technicians, insurance surveyors, and other teams.
- Prepare repair estimates and required documents.
- Follow up on insurance approvals and repair progress.
- Ensure timely completion and delivery of vehicles.

Requirements:

- +2 or above.
- Experience in automobile service, accident repair, or a related field is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle service and repair processes.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
