Job Overview:

We are looking for a data-driven and result-oriented Performance Marketing Specialist to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid marketing campaigns to drive leads, conversions, and ROI across multiple digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, execute, and manage paid campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and other channels
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for maximum ROI and conversions
- Perform keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis
- Manage budgets and ensure efficient allocation of ad spend
- Track and analyze performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, etc.
- Create performance reports and present insights to management
- A/B testing of ads, landing pages, and creatives to improve performance
- Collaborate with content, design,



and sales teams for campaign execution
- Stay updated with the latest trends and updates in digital marketing

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Proven experience in performance marketing or digital advertising
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and analytics tools
- Analytical mindset with robust problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and reporting skills
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously

Preferred Skills:

- Certifications in Google Ads / Meta Ads
- Experience in handling international campaigns
- Knowledge of SEO and landing page optimization
