1. Labor Sourcing & North India Recruitment

- Develop and execute bulk recruitment strategies to hire factory workers from North Indian states.
- Build and manage relationships with manpower contractors, local recruitment agencies, and sourcing networks in North India.
- Coordinate recruitment drives, travel arrangements, and smooth onboarding transitions for migrant workers.
- Ensure ethical recruitment practices and complete background verification for all new hires.

2. Labor Management & Workforce Welfare

- Oversee day-to-day labor operations, attendance, shift planning, and absenteeism control on the mill floor.
- Manage hostel/accommodation facilities, food/catering services, safety, and hygiene standards for resident workers.
- Serve as a direct point of contact for worker grievances, fostering a positive, safe, and motivating work workplace.
- Address cultural integration,



language assistance, and community-building among diverse labor groups.

3. Compliance & Administration

- Ensure strict compliance with local and central labor laws (Factories Act, PF, ESI, Minimum Wages Act, Standing Orders).
- Maintain accurate employee records, contractor documentation, and muster rolls for internal and external audits.
- Liaise with government bodies, labor inspectors, and legal consultants as required.
- Coordinate with payroll teams for accurate timekeeping, OT calculations, and wage disbursement.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
