Responsibilities
- Obtaining Registration Certificate, Amendment, Renewal.
- Maintaining register, Records and Returns under Karnataka Shops & Commercial Establishment Act.
- Obtaining Registration Certificate Form – II, Amendment, Under Contract Lab our Act.
- Conducting audit for Vendors regarding complying the statutory register and records under contract lab our Act.
- Monthly MIS Preparation.
- Getting code of PF, ESI, & PT from Concerned authorities.
- Filling and making Compliance under employment exchange notification and returns (ER-I, & RE-II), X6, Notification of vacancies.
- Notice of opening, Notice of change and notice o closure formalities need to be submitted to ALC under payment of Gratuity Act.
- Displaying the necessary notices and abstracts in notice boards under various act in different organization as per the schedule and business of the organization.
- Advising to client for maintain the statutory leave register and leave book under Karnataka Shops & Establishment Act.
- Maintaining Lab our Authority Inspection Tracker.
- Scheduling the CLRA Audit on Quarterly Basis
