About the Role

Unidoc Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dedicated and passionate AI/ML Python Developer with a minimum of 1 year of relevant hands-on experience to join our technology team.

We are looking for someone who is serious about building a long-term career with the company, takes ownership of their work, and is passionate about developing real-world AI/ML solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain AI/ML solutions using Python.
- Build, test, and integrate machine learning and AI models.
- Work with LLMs, Generative AI, RAG, and AI-based applications.
- Develop and integrate APIs for AI/ML applications.
- Work on data preprocessing, model evaluation, and optimization.
- Explore and implement emerging AI technologies and frameworks.
- Debug and improve existing AI/ML solutions.
- Collaborate with backend developers, product teams, and other stakeholders.
- Write clean, efficient, scalable, and maintainable Python code.
- Take ownership of assigned projects and deliver tasks within timelines.
- Continuously learn and improve technical skills.

Required Skills

- Minimum 1 year of professional/hands-on experience in Python and AI/ML is required.
- Strong knowledge of Python programming.
- Good understanding of Machine Learning concepts and algorithms.
- Knowledge of data structures and OOP.
- Experience with NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, or similar libraries.
- Understanding of Generative AI and LLMs.
- Familiarity with REST APIs and databases.
- Knowledge of Git/GitHub.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.




- Ability to independently research and learn new technologies.

Preferred Experience

Experience or projects in one or more of the following will be an advantage:

- RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
- Agentic AI / AI Agents
- Speech-to-Text
- LLM-based applications
- NLP
- Vector databases
- LangChain / LangGraph / LlamaIndex
- OpenAI or other LLM APIs
- AI automation
- Healthcare AI
