Most design roles ask you to execute someone else's decisions. This one asks you to make them. We need someone who can sit with a flow that isn't working yet, figure out why, and redesign it, not just make the existing screens look nicer.

You'll own UI/UX across the platform, from how a current artist experiences their first five minutes on Startizta to how a sponsor moves through setting up a collaboration. Alongside that, you'll design the social media graphics and video content that carry our brand into the world.

What the work actually looks like:

- Designing UI/UX for the app and web platform, from wireframes through to final screens
- Mapping and rethinking user flows on your own, not just executing flows handed to you
- Spotting friction in the existing product and proposing how to fix it, unprompted
- Designing social media posts, carousels, and creative for Instagram and other platforms
- Editing and designing short-form video content and reels where needed
- Working closely with founders and developers to get designs built the way they were meant to look




- Keeping visual identity consistent across product and social

What you need to bring:

- A strong portfolio showing real UI/UX work, not just visual polish
- Genuine ability to think through user flows and information architecture, not just screens
- Fluency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Comfort designing for social media, including basic video or reel editing
- A habit of asking "why does this work this way" before you start designing
- Bonus: motion design, prototyping experience, background in product design for consumer apps

What we're actually looking for: someone with real opinions on UI/UX who can back them up, who treats a broken flow as their problem to solve even when nobody assigned it to them. This is one of the roles we care most about getting right, because how the product feels is what will make artists and sponsors trust it.
