We are looking for a Digital Marketing Intern to join our travel team and support our online marketing activities. The ideal candidate should be creative, enthusiastic about social media, and interested in the Travel & Tourism industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing Instagram, Facebook & other social media platforms
- Create and schedule engaging travel posts, reels, stories & promotional content
- Support Meta Ads campaigns and lead-generation activities
- Research travel trends, destinations, offers and competitors
- Assist in generating and managing travel enquiries/leads
- Coordinate with the sales team for marketing campaigns
- Monitor social media engagement, reach and lead performance
- Help create promotional content for Kerala, Malaysia, Dubai, Thailand, Vietnam & other destinations
- Maintain basic marketing reports and campaign data
- Support the team in seasonal and promotional campaigns
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of Digital Marketing & Social Media
- Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook and Canva
- Basic knowledge of Meta Ads is an advantage
- Good communication and creative thinking
- Willingness to learn and take responsibility
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets is an advantage
- Travel & Tourism interest will be an added advantage
