About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and technically strong .NET Product Support Engineer with deep expertise in US Healthcare applications, .NET technologies, SQL Server, application integrations, and production support.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience supporting healthcare management systems and a strong understanding of healthcare business processes, including claims processing, benefits management, and provider network management.

This role requires strong troubleshooting and analytical capabilities, with the ability to investigate application incidents, debug APIs and middleware logs, analyze complex SQL data issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement minor application fixes or patches in C#/.NET.

The selected candidate will work closely with internal technology teams, business stakeholders, customers, and external partners to resolve critical production issues and maintain the reliability and performance of business-critical healthcare applications.

Key ResponsibilitiesApplication & Product Support

- Provide advanced L2/L3 product and application support for enterprise US Healthcare applications.
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve complex application, integration, database, and production issues.
- Monitor application health and support the stability, availability, and performance of critical systems.
- Analyze recurring incidents and identify opportunities for permanent fixes and operational improvements.
- Maintain detailed knowledge-base documentation for recurring issues, resolutions, workarounds, and troubleshooting procedures.
- Support production releases, application upgrades, configuration changes, and post-deployment validation.

Incident Management & Stakeholder Communication

- Respond to major incidents, application outages, and high-priority production issues.
- Coordinate with internal engineering teams, business users, customers, vendors, and external stakeholders during critical incidents.
- Communicate technical issues, business impact, resolution progress, and recovery updates clearly and professionally.
- Participate in incident bridges and support timely restoration of affected applications and services.
- Work effectively in high-pressure situations while maintaining clear communication and ownership.

Root Cause Analysis & Application Fixes

- Conduct detailed root cause analysis for complex application and integration incidents.
- Analyze application logs, middleware logs, API requests and responses, and database records.
- Identify application defects, configuration issues, data inconsistencies, and integration failures.
- Develop and apply minor bug fixes, patches, and code corrections using C#/.NET.
- Validate fixes through testing and support controlled deployment into production environments.
- Collaborate with development teams for complex defects requiring major code changes.

.NET Application Support

- Support applications developed using:
- C#
- .NET
- ASP.NET
- SQL Server
- Review application behavior and troubleshoot backend processing issues.
- Analyze application exceptions, error logs,



and system performance issues.
- Support minor enhancements and code-level fixes where required.
- Assist development teams with issue reproduction, defect analysis, and production validation.

Database & SQL Support

- Write, review, and optimize complex SQL queries.
- Investigate data discrepancies and application data issues.
- Analyze database records to identify the root cause of production incidents.
- Support data validation, reconciliation, and corrective activities.
- Monitor database-related performance issues and work with relevant teams to resolve bottlenecks.
- Ensure data-related issues are documented and addressed according to approved processes.

API & System Integration Support

- Troubleshoot system integrations involving REST and SOAP APIs.
- Debug API requests, responses, authentication issues, payload errors, and integration failures.
- Analyze middleware logs and integration processing issues.
- Monitor integration endpoint performance and identify bottlenecks.
- Coordinate with internal and external teams to resolve interface and data-exchange issues.
- Support integration testing and validation following application changes.

US Healthcare Application Support

- Support healthcare management applications and related business workflows.
- Analyze issues related to:
- Claims processing
- Benefits management
- Provider network management
- Healthcare member or provider data
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand healthcare application requirements.
- Ensure application support activities align with business processes and operational requirements.
- Support issue resolution across healthcare application workflows and integrated systems.

Automation & Quality Improvement

- Develop automation scripts for configuration validation and regression testing.
- Improve support efficiency through automated checks and repeatable validation processes.
- Identify recurring operational issues and recommend preventive solutions.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives for application stability and support quality.
- Contribute to reducing incident recurrence and improving resolution timelines.

Documentation & Knowledge Management

- Create and maintain support documentation, troubleshooting guides, and knowledge-base articles.
- Document incident details, root causes, corrective actions, and preventive measures.
- Maintain technical documentation for applications, integrations, configurations, and support processes.
- Share knowledge with support and engineering teams to improve overall support capability.

On-Call Support

- Participate in a 24×7 on-call support model.
- Be available for flexible shifts based on business and production support requirements.
- Support critical incidents and application outages outside standard business hours when required.
- Ensure appropriate handover and continuity across support teams and shifts.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in application support, product support, production support, or software engineering.
- Solid experience supporting US Healthcare applications or healthcare management systems.
- Hands-on experience with:
- C#
- .NET
- ASP.NET
- SQL Server
- Experience working with Guiding Care or similar healthcare management platforms.
- Strong knowledge of claims processing, benefits management, and provider network management.
- Strong SQL expertise, including writing and troubleshooting complex queries.
- Experience troubleshooting REST and SOAP API integrations.
- Experience analyzing application logs, middleware logs, API failures, and database issues.
- Proven experience conducting root cause analysis and resolving production incidents.
- Ability to apply minor bug fixes and patches in C#/.NET.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.




- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders during high-pressure incidents.
- Willingness to participate in a 24×7 on-call rotation and flexible shift model.

- Comfortable working on major incidents and application outages.
- Able to communicate technical issues clearly to business users, customers, and senior stakeholders.
- Comfortable working in a hybrid model from Hyderabad, Pune, Bangalore, or Chennai.
- Willing to participate in a 24×7 on-call support model and flexible shifts.
