We are looking for experienced and result-oriented Sales Managers for ZSM (Zonal Sales Manager) / RSM (Regional Sales Manager) positions to drive sales growth, manage teams, develop markets, and achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive sales and revenue growth across the assigned territory/region.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team.
- Set and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Develop new customers, distributors, dealers, and business opportunities.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Conduct regular market visits and support the sales team.
- Track team performance and ensure target achievement.
- Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to management.

Candidate Requirements:





- Relevant experience in Sales / Business Development.
- Strong leadership and team-management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented and result-driven.
- Valuable market and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel as required.

SALARY: ₹30,000–₹60,000/month + incentives
Salary will depend on experience and position.
