Hive Rift Softwares Pvt. Ltd. is a rapidly growing IT service-based company delivering cutting-edge digital solutions. We are looking for a dynamic, sharp, and highly presentable Business Development Manager (BDM) to spearhead our face-to-face corporate sales and client onboarding initiatives.

Job Overview

As a BDM, you will be the face of the company. This is an active, field-intensive role focused on corporate office visits, presentation delivery, and direct deal closures.

Key Responsibilities

Field Visits & Client Acquisition: Actively visit corporate offices and prospective client locations for pitch meetings and relationship building.

End-to-End Deal Closure: Lead the sales cycle from initial onboarding discussions through negotiation to final contract signing.

Presentation Creation & Delivery: Design professional, tailored pitch decks using PowerPoint/Canva and confidently present them to corporate stakeholders.

IT Service Selling: Effectively pitch the company's software and IT service portfolio,



aligning our tech capabilities with client needs.

Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for current accounts, ensuring seamless transition and onboarding.

✔Requirements & Qualifications

Industry Knowledge: Proven experience working in or selling for an IT service-based organization.

Communication: Exceptional command of the English language (both verbal and written) with excellent negotiation and storytelling abilities.

Presentation Skills: Proficient in creating visually appealing, structured business presentations.

Mobility: Must be entirely comfortable traveling across different locations for client meetings.

Personality & Demeanor:

Highly professional with an excellent, sharp dressing sense.

Polite, diplomatic, and highly articulate.

Strong corporate etiquette and a confident stage presence.
