About the Role: At Ziaftra Devs, we are looking for high-energy, result-driven Business Development (Sales) Interns who thrive on action and performance. This is a purely target- and commission-driven role where your earning potential is directly tied to your output: the more clients you bring and close, the more you earn.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Cold Outreach: Proactively identify, reach out to, and engage potential clients across B2B tech markets through cold outreach (LinkedIn, email, phone).
Deal Closing: Conduct discovery calls, pitch Ziaftra Devs' software development & digital services, handle objections, and successfully close high-value client contracts.
Pipeline & Relationship Management: Manage your own sales funnel from initial contact to sign-off, maintaining crisp communication and follow-ups to maximize conversion rates.
Proposal Delivery:
Work with the technical team to deliver sharp sales proposals and presentations that convert prospects into active clients.
Hit & Exceed Targets: Focus ruthlessly on closing deals and scaling your sales volume to maximize your incentive earnings.
