We are looking for an experienced Network Passive Cabling Project Engineer / Supervisor to support onsite network infrastructure projects in Mumbai and Pune.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in passive network cabling projects, structured cabling installations, containment systems, site supervision, and technician/subcontractor management.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise cable tray, cable ladder, conduit, and structured cabling installation activities.
- Manage and coordinate technicians, fabricators, cable pullers, and subcontractors.
- Supervise cable pulling, dressing, routing, termination preparation, and labeling activities.
- Ensure cable containment installations are properly aligned, secured, and completed according to project requirements.
- Monitor material usage and ensure proper site housekeeping.
- Track daily site activities and maintain project progress reports.
- Support preparation and maintenance of as-built documentation.
- Ensure all work complies with required safety and quality standards.
- Read and understand site layouts, installation drawings, and cabling plans.
- Coordinate onsite activities to ensure work is completed according to project schedules.

Minimum Requirements

- Graduate Degree or Diploma.
- Minimum 4–5 years of relevant experience in Network Passive Cabling Project Handling.




- Solid knowledge of structured cabling and passive network infrastructure.
- Experience with cable trays, ladders, conduits, cable routing, dressing, and labeling.
- Previous experience supervising onsite technical teams and subcontractors.
- Ability to read and understand site layouts and installation drawings.
- Good coordination, reporting, and site management skills.
- Willingness to work full-time onsite for a 1-year contract.
- Must be comfortable with the offered salary of INR 35,000 per month.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
