Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with Product Stewardship team on corporate sustainability initiatives and ensure alignment across the business.
Review product ingredients and Bills of Materials (BOM) against updates related to REACH SVHC obligations
Engage with client suppliers to obtain regulatory material compliance information and ensure timely collection and review of all documentation.
Upload and map collected declarations into tool for accurate tracking and reporting.
Report preparation based on assessment and provide justification rationale in case substances are present above threshold.
Provide high level communication summaries and presentations for management
To work with the team in implementing the solutions in regard material assessment
Familiarity with polymers, elastomers, metals, and other types of materials is preferred
Skill Requirements
Bachelors/Masters in Polymer Science, Plastic engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, Materials Engineering, or related discipline.
Minimum 2 -5 years of experience in the relevant stewardship role or in R&D; projects
