Lead Generation Specialist – International B2B

Treble-D Solutions is looking for an experienced Lead Generation Specialist to generate qualified international leads for our Web Development, Shopify, WordPress, Mobile App Development, Custom Software, SEO, SMM, and Digital Marketing services.

We are specifically looking for someone who knows multiple lead-generation platforms and strategies. Upwork experience is not required and should not be the main focus.

Responsibilities

- Generate qualified B2B leads from US, UK, Canada, Australia, and Europe.
- Find potential clients through LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, cold email, databases, social media, online research, communities, and other relevant platforms.
- Identify decision-makers such as founders, CEOs, CTOs, marketing managers, and business owners.
- Build targeted prospect lists and conduct personalized outreach.
- Follow up with prospects and qualify potential opportunities.
- Maintain lead records and track outreach, responses, meetings, and opportunities.
- Research new platforms and methods to generate consistent leads.

Requirements





- Proven experience in international B2B lead generation or business development.
- Experience generating leads for IT, web development, mobile apps, software, SEO, SMM, or digital marketing services is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of multiple lead-generation channels and outreach methods.
- Good English communication and research skills.
- Experience with CRM/Google Sheets and lead-generation/outreach tools.
- Results-driven and comfortable working independently.
- Must be comfortable working the night shift.

Significant: If your experience is mainly limited to Upwork, this role may not be the right fit. We need someone who can generate leads through multiple platforms and strategies beyond Upwork.
