About Vivo Body & Skin Clinic

Vivo Body & Skin Clinic is a growing aesthetic and wellness clinic offering professional skin, body, hair, anti-ageing, weight management, and other non-surgical aesthetic treatments.

We are looking for a confident, target-oriented and result-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The role will focus on handling incoming enquiries, calling leads, understanding client requirements, following up consistently, generating consultation bookings, and converting qualified leads into treatment bookings.

The ideal candidate should be confident on calls, comfortable with sales targets, excellent at follow-ups, and able to build trust with clients while maintaining a professional approach.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle new, existing and previous client enquiries through calls and follow-ups.
- Understand the client's requirements and recommend the appropriate approved consultation or treatment information.
- Explain approved treatments, packages, offers, consultation processes and clinic services clearly.
- Follow up with interested, non-responsive, no-show and non-converted leads.
- Convert enquiries into consultation bookings and consultations into treatment bookings.
- Follow up on quotations, pending decisions and interested clients.
- Schedule, confirm and coordinate consultation and treatment appointments.
- Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the enquiry and booking process.




- Coordinate with doctors, consultants and the clinic team regarding appointments and client requirements.
- Maintain accurate lead information and update the CRM/lead sheet regularly.
- Track calling activity, follow-ups, bookings, conversions and revenue.
- Achieve monthly calling, booking, conversion and revenue targets.
- Prepare daily and weekly performance updates.
- Maintain a professional, positive and service-oriented relationship with clients.

Candidate Requirements

- 1–2 years of experience in sales, inside sales, telecalling, customer service or a similar role.
- Experience in an aesthetic clinic, dermatology, beauty, wellness, healthcare or premium service industry will be preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong client-handling and follow-up skills.
- Confident and persuasive communication style.
- Target-oriented and motivated by performance.
- Ability to handle objections and convert interested leads.
- Good organisational and follow-up skills.
- Basic knowledge of Excel, CRM or lead management systems.
- Ability to work independently as well as coordinate with the clinic team.

Key Performance Indicators

Performance will be evaluated based on:

- Calling and follow-up activity
- Consultation bookings
- Consultation show-up rate
- Treatment conversions
- Revenue generated




- Lead follow-up quality
- CRM/lead sheet accuracy
- Client communication and service quality

Important Role Requirement

This is a sales and client-conversion role. The candidate should be comfortable making regular calls, following up with leads, handling objections and working towards monthly targets.

The Sales Executive must maintain complete confidentiality of client and clinic information.

Medical advice, diagnosis or treatment recommendations must only be provided by the qualified doctor. The Sales Executive's responsibility is to explain approved information, understand the client's requirement and facilitate the consultation or booking with the appropriate doctor or clinic team member.
