Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented CNC Router Operator to join our premium sofa manufacturing unit. In this role, you will be responsible for the precision cutting and shaping of high-quality woods used in our luxury sofa frames. You will translate complex CAD designs into flawless structural components.

Key Responsibilities

- Machine Setup & Operation: Calibrate and operate multi-axis CNC Router machines to cut, drill, and engrave components for premium sofa frames.
- Material Optimization (Nesting): Use nesting software to arrange parts on raw material sheets to minimize waste while maintaining structural integrity.
- Program Interpretation: Read and interpret technical blueprints and CAD models. Make real-time adjustment to account for wood grain variations or material density.
- Quality Control (ISO Standards): Conduct rigorous inspections of finished parts using calipers and micrometers. Adhere to ISO precision standards, maintaining tolerance.
- Maintenance: Perform daily preventive maintenance and troubleshooting on the router to ensure zero downtime in our high-capacity production schedule.
- ERP Integration: Log production data and material usage into the company.

Technical Skills & Qualifications

- Experience:



Minimum 3–5 years of experience in CNC operation, specifically within the high-end furniture or woodworking industry.
- Software Proficiency: Hands-on experience with CAD/CAM software.
- Materials Knowledge: Deep understanding of how different premium materials react to various spindle speeds and feed rates.
- Education: ITI Certificate or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering/Woodworking Technology or equivalent professional certification.
- Blueprints: Exceptional ability to read complex assembly drawings and engineering specifications.

Soft Skills & Physical Requirements

- Detail-Oriented: A "zero-defect" mindset; ability to spot even minor imperfections in wood grain or cut quality that could affect a luxury finish.
- Safety Conscious: Strict adherence to OSHA and local safety standards, including the use of PPE and dust extraction systems.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to handle large sheets of material.
- Problem Solving: Ability to troubleshoot machine errors independently to keep production on track.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
