Job Description – Electrician (Alloy Industry)

Position: Electrician
Experience: 3–4 Years
Industry: Alloy / Engineering Industry
Location: Halol, Vadodara, Gujarat
Working Hours: 8 Hours per Day
Overtime: Paid Overtime Available

Key Responsibilities

- Perform electrical maintenance, installation, and troubleshooting of plant machinery and equipment.
- Handle electrical panels, motors, starters, contactors, relays, sensors, and control systems.
- Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical systems.
- Diagnose and rectify electrical faults to minimize machine downtime.
- Perform cable laying, termination, wiring, and electrical connections.
- Monitor and maintain industrial electrical equipment and machinery.
- Ensure proper earthing and electrical safety standards across the plant.
- Coordinate with the production and maintenance teams for smooth plant operations.
- Maintain electrical tools, equipment, and maintenance records.
- Follow all company safety procedures and maintain workplace housekeeping.





Required Skills & Qualifications

- ITI Electrician / Diploma in Electrical Engineering preferred.
- 3–4 years of relevant experience, preferably in an alloy, steel, foundry, casting, or heavy engineering industry.
- Good knowledge of industrial electrical maintenance.
- Knowledge of motors, control panels, starters, VFDs, sensors, and basic PLC systems will be an advantage.
- Ability to troubleshoot electrical breakdowns independently.
- Good understanding of electrical safety practices.
- Willingness to work overtime as required.
