About us
Soni Kishor Kumar Babulal Jewellers is a family-owned jewellery house established in 1946, dealing in gold, diamond, and silver jewellery. We are growing, and we are looking for an organised, detail-driven Process Coordinator to help keep our daily operations running smoothly.
About the role
The Process Coordinator monitors, coordinates, and improves our internal processes to ensure smooth daily operations. You'll track task completion, maintain SOP compliance, coordinate across departments, prepare reports, and make sure management directives are executed on time.
What you'll do
Process management
- Monitor and ensure adherence to company SOPs and operational processes
- Identify process gaps and recommend improvements
- Maintain process documentation and records
- Coordinate the roll-out of new processes and policies
Task tracking & follow-up
- Track tasks assigned by management across departments
- Ensure delegated responsibilities are completed on time
- Follow up with team members on pending activities
- Escalate delays and bottlenecks to management
What we're looking for
Must-haves
- Graduate (any discipline)
- 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience
- Working knowledge of Google Sheets
- Strong documentation and record-keeping skills
- Positive follow-up and coordination habits; comfortable chasing tasks to closure
Nice-to-have
- Prior experience in retail, operations, or a coordination/admin role
