Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

✅ About the Company

An Aluminum Engineering company which is a diversified manufacturing facilities with multiple production units, seeking a visionary and experienced Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our engineering, technology, product development, and quality functions across all business units.

✅ Key Responsibilities of CTO :

Provide strategic technology leadership for all four manufacturing units.

Oversee engineering, product design, development, process engineering, and manufacturing excellence.

Establish, implement, and continuously improve engineering systems, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and best manufacturing practices.

Ensure robust quality systems, certifications, compliance, and process controls are maintained across all units.

Interface with customers on technical matters, product specifications, quality requirements, and current product development.

Optimize and protect the company's existing technologies while identifying opportunities to adopt emerging global technologies.

Continuously monitor global technological advancements and evaluate their suitability for implementation in the Indian market.

Drive innovation, product improvement, value engineering, and operational excellence.

Lead technology roadmaps and support new product introductions.





Represent the company at national and international exhibitions, technology forums, and industry conferences to identify emerging trends and business opportunities.

Build and mentor a high-performing engineering and technical team.

Candidate Profile :

✅ Age: 45–50 years

✅ Education:

B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (Mandatory)

MBA preferred, with specialization in Finance or Business Management.

✅ Experience:

- 20+ years in manufacturing and engineering industries.
- Proven leadership in engineering, product development, process control, quality management, and technology implementation.
- Experience interfacing with customers on technical and quality requirements.
- Exposure to international technology, manufacturing practices, and global exhibitions is highly desirable.
