AI Developer – Agentic AI (Enterprise Systems)

What We Are Looking For

- Strong hands-on experience building enterprise-grade Agentic AI systems end to end.
- Proven experience in requirements gathering, system design, development, deployment, and maintenance of AI-driven applications.
- Deep hands-on expertise with LangGraph, CrewAI, Vercel Eve or similar latest agent orchestration frameworks.
- Strong experience working with LLMs across providers, including Claude, OpenAI models, Gemini, and Hugging Face Transformers.
- Hands-on experience with vector databases for embeddings, semantic search, RAG, Graph DBs and long-term memory.
- Practical experience in LLM fine-tuning, prompt engineering, evaluation, and optimization.
- Strong Python expertise with backend development using FastAPI and Flask.
- Experience deploying AI systems using Docker and CI/CD pipelines in production environments.

Responsibilities

- Gather requirements and design enterprise-level Agentic AI architectures aligned with business needs.
- Build and orchestrate single-agent and multi-agent workflows using the latest technologies and frameworks.
- Integrate and work with LLMs via APIs and open-source models using Transformers.




- Implement RAG pipelines using vector databases for context-aware AI responses.
- Perform LLM fine-tuning, prompt optimization, and performance evaluation.
- Develop production-ready APIs using FastAPI / Flask to expose AI services.
- Containerize AI applications using Docker and deploy through CI/CD pipelines.
- Monitor, maintain, and continuously improve deployed Agentic AI systems.
- Collaborate with product, data, and engineering teams to deliver scalable AI solutions.

Qualifications

- 4–8 years of hands-on experience in AI / ML development, with strong focus on Agentic AI systems.
- Robust proficiency in Python and backend system design.
- Proven experience with LangGraph, CrewAI, or similar latest agent orchestration frameworks.
- Solid experience with vector databases, Graphs and RAG-based solutions.
- Strong experience building APIs using FastAPI and/or Flask.
- Practical knowledge of Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and production deployments.
- Strong analytical, system design, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to independently own and scale AI systems in a remote setup.

Pay: ₹400,708.01 - ₹1,000,000.84 per year
