- Supervise daily telecom field activities.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, route plans, and technical specifications.
- Monitor trenching, HDD, OFC laying, cable blowing, splicing, and restoration activities.
- Allocate daily work to technicians, riggers, operators, and subcontractors.
- Monitor manpower productivity and attendance.
- Provide technical guidance to field teams.
- Coordinate with project managers and client representatives.
- Prepare Daily Progress Reports (DPR).
- Maintain attendance, work completion records, and measurement sheets.
- Submit daily photographs, GPS coordinates, test reports, and completion reports.
- Escalate site issues affecting progress.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
