Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound leads received through Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Website, WhatsApp, and other marketing channels.
- Generate new business opportunities through online research and outbound calling.
- Understand client requirements and qualify leads based on business needs, budget, and project scope.
- Explain our IT services including Website Development, E-Commerce Solutions, Mobile Apps, and Digital Marketing.
- Schedule meetings for the senior sales team with qualified prospects.
- Maintain lead records, follow-up activities, and sales updates in CRM/Excel.
- Coordinate with clients through Phone, WhatsApp, and Email.
- Follow up regularly with prospects until closure.
- Work closely with the sales and technical teams to ensure smooth client communication.

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline.




- 1 Year – 4 Years of experience in Inside Sales, IT Sales, Tele Sales, or Business Development preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are also welcome.
- Excellent Hindi communication with basic skilled English.
- Positive computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, Internet).
- Confident, self-motivated, and target-oriented personality.
- Experience in Website, Software, E-Commerce, Digital Marketing, or IT Services will be an added advantage.

Job Location: Sector 62, Noida

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
