Staff Nurse – IVF Centre

Qualification: B.Sc. Nursing
Experience: 1–3 years of relevant experience in an IVF/Fertility Centre preferred.

Job Responsibilities:

- Provide nursing care to patients undergoing fertility and IVF treatments.
- Assist doctors during consultations, procedures, OPU, ET and other IVF-related procedures.
- Monitor patients before, during and after procedures.
- Administer medications and injections as prescribed by the doctor.
- Assist with patient preparation and post-procedure care.
- Maintain accurate patient records, treatment charts and nursing documentation.
- Coordinate with doctors, embryology, laboratory and other departments.
- Educate patients regarding medications, procedures and follow-up instructions.
- Maintain infection control, hygiene and safety standards.




- Ensure proper handling and maintenance of medical equipment.
- Support smooth day-to-day operations of the IVF nursing department.

Skills Required:

- Positive clinical and patient-care skills.
- Knowledge of IVF/fertility procedures is preferred.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
- Compassionate and patient-friendly approach.
- Willingness to work in shifts, if required.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
