About the Role

We are looking for a strong writer and storyteller to join our OTT creative team.

This role is primarily focused on writing — including short-form scripts, advertising copy, promotional content, teasers, social media content, and creative concepts for our OTT platform.

We are looking for candidates who come from a Content Writing, Script Writing, Advertising, Media, Entertainment, or Storytelling background.

AI knowledge is an added advantage, but writing ability, creativity, storytelling, and understanding of audience engagement are the primary requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Write engaging short-form scripts for OTT shows, dramas, Reels, Shorts, teasers, and advertisements.
- Develop creative ad copies, hooks, taglines, captions, promotional content, and campaign concepts.
- Understand OTT stories, characters, and episodes and identify moments that can be used effectively for promotion.
- Create emotion-driven and curiosity-driven scripts that encourage viewers to watch the show.
- Write dialogue-based, voice-over, teaser, and promotional scripts.
- Adapt existing stories or episodes into short and impactful promotional content.
- Develop creative concepts for digital advertising campaigns.
- Write content for Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and other digital platforms.
- Stay updated with OTT trends, advertising formats, viral content, and audience behaviour.
- Work closely with the creative, marketing, video, and production teams.
- Edit, rewrite, and improve scripts based on creative feedback.
- Maintain consistency in tone, language, and brand communication.

What We’re Looking For

- 1–3 years of experience in content writing,



script writing, copywriting, advertising, OTT, entertainment, digital media, or a similar field.
- Solid writing and storytelling skills.
- Ability to create engaging scripts, stories, dialogues, hooks, and advertising copy.
- Good understanding of what makes content interesting, emotional, relatable, and shareable.
- Ability to write for short-form video and digital audiences.
- Strong command of English. Hinglish writing skills will be an advantage.
- Ability to understand a story and convert it into an effective promotional concept.
- Good research and creative thinking skills.
- Experience in OTT, short dramas, advertising, or entertainment content will be preferred.

AI Skills – Added Advantage

- Basic familiarity with AI writing or creative tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Canva AI, etc.
- Ability to use AI tools for research, brainstorming, ideation, rewriting, and improving content.
- Candidates do not need to be AI animation or AI video-generation specialists.

Important

This is primarily a WRITING role, not an AI animation role.

We are looking for someone who can think, write, create stories, develop hooks, and understand what will make an audience watch.

AI tools can support the work, but strong writing and storytelling ability is the most important skill for this position.
