About the Role

We are looking for an Associate – Operations with 1 year of experience to support the organisation's day-to-day activities, including Equippp initiatives and programs. The candidate will assist in coordination between teams, maintain records, track progress, and ensure smooth and timely execution of tasks and projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Support daily operational activities and office processes.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Maintain and update records, reports, and documents.
- Track tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups to ensure timely completion.
- Assist in organising meetings, events, and other activities.
- Identify operational issues and escalate them to the concerned teams.
- Support management in operational and administrative activities.
- Ensure proper documentation and smooth workflow across teams.
- Assist in coordination and execution of Equippp-related projects, programs, and initiatives.
- Support data collection, reporting, and documentation for Equippp activities.

Requirements





- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in operations, administration, coordination, or a related field.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Word.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple teams.
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
