Head – Supply Chain

Location: Delhi / NCR
Experience: 10–15 Years
Qualification: MBA/PGDM – Supply Chain / Logistics / Operations

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, Inventory & Warehouse operations.
- Manage vendor development, sourcing, negotiations, and supplier relationships.
- Plan procurement based on demand, inventory, and business requirements.
- Handle domestic & international sourcing, imports, logistics, and delivery schedules.
- Drive cost optimization, inventory control, and process improvement.
- Monitor vendor performance, quality, timelines, and supply chain risks.
- Prepare MIS, dashboards, and supply chain performance reports.
- Lead and manage the supply chain/procurement team.
- Coordinate with Finance,



Sales, Operations, Projects, and Warehouse teams.

Requirements

- 10–15 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain / Procurement / Logistics.
- Solid vendor management and negotiation skills.
- Excellent knowledge of inventory, sourcing, logistics, and procurement processes.
- Advanced MS Excel & ERP knowledge.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
- Experience in electronics/technical procurement/manufacturing will be preferred.

Pay: Up to ₹80,000.00 per month
