About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented E-Commerce Specialist to join our team. This role will be critical in managing marketplace operations, coordinating with internal teams, optimizing product listings, and ensuring smooth execution of online sales strategies. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in e-commerce platforms and a strong understanding of digital retail operations.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day marketplace operations across platforms (Amazon,Flipkart,Ajio,Meeshoetc.).
- Upload, optimize, and update product listings with accurate descriptions, images, pricing, and keywords.
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, design, and sales) to ensure smooth execution of online strategies.
- Monitor product performance, analyze sales data, and recommend strategies to increase visibility and sales.
- Ensure timely order processing, shipment coordination, and return/refund management.
- Track competitor activities, pricing, and promotional strategies to stay competitive in the market.
- Assist in planning and executing online campaigns, deals, and promotions.




- Maintain strong relationships with marketplace account managers and resolve operational issues quickly.
- Stay updated with the latest e-commerce trends, platform policies, and tools.

Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-Commerce, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations or marketplace management.
- Knowledge of platforms like Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, or other e-commerce systems.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ability to analyze and interpret data.
- Robust organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and coordination skills to work with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
