Key Responsibilities
- Attend incoming calls and customer enquiries.
- Contact potential clients and explain our interior design services.
- Follow up with leads and schedule appointments.
- Coordinate site visits for measurements.
- Collect basic site details and update the team.
- Coordinate with the sales/design team for client requirements.
- Maintain proper follow-up with customers.
Requirements
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Tamil & basic English communication preferred.
- Willingness to travel for site visits when required.
- Basic knowledge of interior design is an advantage.
- Freshers with positive communication skills can apply.
