Nykaa Fashion is looking for a Platform Operations Manager to drive seamless execution and optimization of our ecommerce platform operations. This role will be critical in ensuring smooth product lifecycle management, catalog accuracy, platform hygiene, and cross-functional coordination to deliver a best-in-class customer and seller experience.
Key Responsibilities
1. Process Excellence & Automation
Identify gaps in current workflows and drive process improvements
Collaborate with tech teams to build and enhance tools, dashboards, and automation
Improve operational efficiency and reduce turnaround times
2. Platform Performance Monitoring
Track key metrics such as product live rate, catalog error rates, SLA adherence, and listing timelines
Analyze trends and derive insights to improve platform health
Drive initiatives to improve customer experience through better content and availability
3. Cross-functional Collaboration
Partner with Category, Supply Chain, Tech, and Customer Experience teams
Ensure alignment on launches, campaigns,
and platform readiness
Act as a bridge between business and technology teams
4. Issue Resolution & Governance
Proactively identify and resolve platform-related issues
Establish SOPs and governance frameworks for consistent execution
Ensure adherence to platform policies and standards
Qualifications & Experience
47 years of experience in ecommerce operations, platform operations
Strong understanding of ecommerce workflows
Experience working with marketplaces or fashion ecommerce platforms preferred
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to thrive in a rapid-paced, high-growth environment
Preferred Skills
Familiarity with tools like Excel
Experience in process automation and workflow optimization
