We are hiring Field Sales Representative who are confident, energetic, and passionate about meeting customers and achieving sales targets.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable with field work, customer meetings, lead generation, follow-ups, and converting opportunities into successful sales. This role is suitable for candidates looking to build a strong and long-term career in sales.
What You Will Do
- Visit customers and potential customers in the assigned territory.
- Generate leads through field visits, references, and local market activities.
- Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
- Convert leads into successful sales and achieve assigned targets.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Develop new customer networks within the assigned area.
- Maintain regular contact with customers to improve retention and repeat business.
- Collect market information and share relevant updates with the sales team.
- Track daily visits, leads, follow-ups, and sales performance.
- Coordinate with the internal team for order processing and customer support.
- Resolve basic customer queries and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales activity reports.
- Consistently work towards improving sales performance and territory coverage.
Who We Are Looking For
- Minimum 6 months of experience in Field Sales or Direct Sales.
- Candidates with experience in customer acquisition and business development are preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Comfortable with daily field visits and meeting recent customers.
- Ability to work independently and manage an assigned territory.
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and result-oriented.
- Basic smartphone and application knowledge.
- Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence is preferred.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
