Job Title: Security Guard

Location: Velamadam, Nagercoil (Kanyakumari District)
Hospital: Gerdi Gutperle Agasthiyar Muni Children and Maternity Hospital

Job Summary:

We are looking for responsible, alert, and disciplined Security Guards to ensure the safety and security of patients, visitors, staff, hospital premises, and assets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor and secure hospital premises, entrances, exits, and parking areas.
- Control and monitor the entry and exit of patients, visitors, staff, and vehicles.
- Maintain a safe and secure workplace within the hospital.
- Respond promptly to security incidents and emergencies.
- Conduct regular security rounds and monitor restricted areas.
- Assist patients and visitors with basic directions when required.
- Prevent unauthorized access and report suspicious activities immediately.
- Maintain visitor records, security logs, and incident reports.
- Coordinate with hospital management during emergencies or security-related issues.
- Follow hospital security policies and emergency procedures.





Qualifications & Skills:

- Previous experience in hospital, corporate, or residential security is preferred.
- Physically fit and suitable for security duties.
- Alert, responsible, punctual, and disciplined.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally.
- Basic knowledge of emergency and safety procedures is preferred.

Duty & Compensation:

- Full-Time Position
- Rotational Shift Duty
- Day & Night Shifts
- Salary: Negotiable based on experience
