Job Title: Assistant Manager/ Deputy Manager/ Manager – Operations

Location: Chandigarh University (Gharuan) Punjab
Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Working Hours

- Regular shift: 8:45 AM to 6:00 PM
- Once a week, candidates must be flexible to stretch working hours by 2 additional hours

Job Requirements

- Strong operational understanding with hands-on execution capability
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- High level of flexibility with respect to work timings

Selection Process

There will be 2 rounds of interview:

Round 1: Advanced Excel Assessment (2 Hours)
The test will cover:

- VLOOKUP / advanced lookup functions
- Pivot Tables
- Conditional Formatting
- Advanced Excel formulas
- Google Sheets & Google Forms
- PPT preparation
- Graphs & data visualization

Round 2: Final Technical Interview (40 Minutes)

- ​O​perational IQ based questions
- Case study–based problem solving
- Robust focus on calculations and numerical ability
