- Responsibilities: Record and reconcile reinsurance premium transactions , commissions, and adjustments.
- Process and monitor claims recoverable from reinsurers and ensure timely settlements.
- Prepare and review reinsurance bordereaux, statements of accounts, and balances with reinsurers and brokers.
- Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities related to reinsurance accounting.




- Reconcile reinsurance balances with underwriting systems and general ledger accounts .
- Coordinate with underwriting, claims, actuarial, and finance teams to ensure accuracy of data and transactions.
- Support financial reporting, regulatory filings, and audits related to reinsurance activities.
- Monitor outstanding balances and aging with reinsurers and brokers and follow up for settlement.
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, regulatory guidelines, and internal controls .

Qualifications: 10+ years of experience in Reinsurance Accounting
