Job Title: QA Engineer – API Testing & Tosca Automation

Location: Bengaluru / Noida

Experience: 4–6 Years

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and motivated QA Engineer with 4–6 years of experience in API Testing, Microservices Testing, and Test Automation. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in Tosca Automation, along with experience validating complex microservices-based architectures. The candidate will work closely with development and business teams in an Agile environment to ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test cases for APIs and microservices-based applications

- Perform functional, integration, system, regression, and end-to-end testing

- Develop, maintain, and enhance automated test suites using Tosca Automation

- Validate RESTful APIs, web services, and microservices interactions across multiple systems

- Analyze business and technical requirements to identify test scenarios and coverage needs

- Execute integration testing to ensure seamless communication between applications and services

- Log, track,



and manage defects using Jira and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely resolution

- Maintain test documentation, test evidence, and project artifacts in Confluence

- Participate actively in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives

- Collaborate with developers, business analysts to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.

Mandatory Skills

- 4–6 years of experience in Software Testing and Quality Assurance

- Strong hands-on experience in API Testing and Microservices Testing

- Mandatory experience with Tosca Automation

- Experience testing REST APIs

- Solid understanding of test design techniques, defect lifecycle management, and quality assurance processes

- Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments

- Good understanding of integration testing concepts and methodologies

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Good-to-Have Skills

- Experience in the Banking, Financial Services, or Finance domain

- Exposure to modernization, cloud migration, or digital transformation projects.

- Familiarity with API testing tools such as Postman, Swagger

- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

- Experience working with cloud-based and containerized applications.

- Knowledge on qTest
