Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Project Engineer (Civil) to manage and execute construction projects efficiently. The ideal candidate will be responsible for site execution, project planning, quality control, contractor coordination, and timely project completion while ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and supervise day-to-day site execution activities.

Coordinate with contractors, consultants, architects, and clients.

Ensure project execution as per approved drawings and specifications.

Monitor project schedules and ensure timely completion within budget.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.

Ensure quality standards and safety regulations are followed at the site.

Verify BOQs, measurements, contractor bills, and project documentation.

Coordinate with procurement for timely availability of materials.





Resolve technical and site-related issues efficiently.

Conduct regular site inspections and report project status to management.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech Civil).

5–8 years of experience in civil construction project execution.

Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office, BOQ, estimation, and project planning.

Experience in residential, commercial, or industrial construction projects.

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to handle multiple projects and work under deadlines.

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of project planning tools such as MS Project or Primavera.

Strong team management and coordination skills.

Ability to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
