Job Description – Digital Marketing Executive

Location: Coimbatore

Qualification: Any Degree

Experience: 2–3 Years in Digital / Performance Marketing

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000/month (Negotiable)

Key Responsibilities

* Plan, execute, and optimize Meta & Google Ads campaigns.

* Manage budgets and monitor CAC, ROAS, CPC, and CTR.

* Conduct A/B testing for creatives, audiences, and landing pages.

* Analyse performance using GA4 and Ads Manager.

* Support customer acquisition and retention campaigns.

* Coordinate with agencies and internal content/design teams.

Required Skills

* Strong knowledge of Meta Ads & Google Ads.

* Experience with Shopify, GA4, UTMs, and Excel/Spreadsheets.

* D2C/Beauty/Skincare experience preferred.

* Solid analytical and execution skills.

* UGC/Influencer marketing exposure is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
