Key Responsibilities
- Support the Head of Homes in the overall administration and management of residential homes.
- Ensure the safety, security, discipline, and well-being of all residents.
- Supervise and guide wardens, caregivers, counsellors, and other residential staff.
- Prepare and monitor duty schedules, shifts, leave plans, and staff deployment.
- Ensure proper implementation of daily routines, activities, meals, hygiene, and housekeeping.
- Monitor residents' academic, behavioural, emotional, and personal development.
- Handle resident concerns, conflicts, behavioural issues, and emergencies appropriately.
- Coordinate with parents/guardians, schools, hospitals, government authorities, and other stakeholders when required.
- Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of resident records, registers, attendance, incident reports, and other residential records.
- Monitor food quality, hygiene, health, sanitation, and overall living conditions.
- Conduct regular inspections of residential facilities and identify maintenance and safety requirements.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, child protection/safeguarding standards, and statutory requirements.
- Organize counselling, recreational, educational, skill-development, and other activities for residents.
- Handle emergencies and coordinate medical support whenever required.
- Prepare periodic reports on residential operations, incidents, staff performance, and resident development.
- Identify operational challenges and recommend improvements to the Head of Homes.
- Support recruitment, training, induction, and performance management of residential staff.
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold professional standards while dealing with residents and sensitive information.
Staff & Team Management
- Lead and motivate the residential team.
- Monitor staff performance and adherence to assigned responsibilities.
- Conduct regular team meetings and communicate operational requirements.
- Identify training and development needs of residential staff.
- Ensure adequate staffing and effective deployment across homes.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
