About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented CA Intern / Finance Intern with 2–3 years of relevant experience to join our Finance & Accounts team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, taxation, and compliance, along with a willingness to learn and grow within a dynamic organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with day-to-day accounting and finance activities.
- Support preparation and review of financial statements, MIS reports, and management reports.
- Assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, and general ledger activities.
- Support GST, TDS, income tax, and other statutory compliance activities.
- Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.
- Prepare and maintain supporting documents for audits.
- Coordinate with internal teams, auditors, and external consultants as required.
- Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and documentation.
- Identify discrepancies and support timely resolution of accounting issues.




- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and other financial analysis as required.
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, company policies, and statutory requirements.

Requirements

- 2–3 years of relevant experience in accounting, finance, audit, or taxation.
- CA Inter / CA Final candidate preferred.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes.
- Good understanding of GST, TDS, and Indian statutory compliance.
- Experience with accounting software/ERP systems.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to work with deadlines.
- Candidates based in Bangalore are preferred.
