Key Responsibilities

- Develop applications and automation using Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Copilot Studio.
- Assess business requirements and determine the right solution across Power Platform, Microsoft 365, and D365 F&O.;
- Design, develop, test, and deploy Power Platform solutions following best practices.
- Work with Dataverse security, connectors, integrations, and platform limitations.
- Develop Power Automate Desktop flows, custom connectors, Azure Logic Apps, and Azure Functions.
- Integrate Power Platform with D365 F&O; using Dataverse, OData, Business Events, and Dual-write.
- Build workflows, dashboards, alerts, and self-service applications using F&O; data.
- Collaborate with D365 F&O; Technical Developers and Functional Leads on integrated solutions.
- Identify requirements that require D365 F&O-side; customization, configuration, data entities, Business Events, or security changes.
- Gather requirements directly from business stakeholders and design end-to-end solutions.
- Support Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, and MS Teams solutions and process automation.

Required Qualifications

- 6+ years of professional experience.




- Strong hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Power Virtual Agents/Copilot Studio.
- Experience with data connectors, Dataverse security, licensing, and platform limitations.
- Experience building Power Automate Desktop flows.
- Experience with SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft 365.
- Strong communication, presentation, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.

D365 F&O; – Strongly Preferred

- Understanding of D365 F&O;, Dataverse virtual entities, Dual-write, OData APIs, and Business Events.
- Experience customizing D365 or building Model-driven Apps using Dataverse/F&O; data.
- X++ development experience is highly desirable.

- SPFx, React, and TypeScript.
- Azure Logic Apps and Azure Functions.
- PL-400 – Microsoft Power Platform Developer Associate certification.
