Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Planning Engineer to support project planning, scheduling, progress monitoring, and execution for an industrial greenfield project.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6.
- Prepare baseline schedules and monitor planned vs. actual progress.
- Track project milestones, activities, manpower, and resources.
- Identify delays, critical activities, and schedule deviations.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Coordinate with Civil, MEP, construction, and project teams.
- Prepare look-ahead schedules and recovery plans.
- Coordinate with contractors and consultants for project progress.
- Maintain project planning documentation and schedule updates.
- Support the project team in achieving planned project timelines.

Required Skills

- Solid proficiency in Primavera P6.
- Project scheduling and planning.
- Progress monitoring and reporting.
- Critical Path Method (CPM).
- Baseline and schedule management.




- Delay analysis and recovery planning.
- Resource and manpower planning.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Project.
- Strong analytical and coordination skills.
- Good communication and reporting skills.

Preferred Certifications

- Primavera P6 Certification
- PMP Certification – Preferred
- Project Planning & Scheduling Certification – Preferred
- Knowledge of FIDIC / Contract Management is an advantage.

Requirements

- 8–10 years of relevant experience in project planning and construction.
- B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or MEP-related discipline.
- Experience in industrial greenfield projects preferred.
- Hands-on experience with Primavera P6 and project scheduling.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple project stakeholders and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
