Job Title: Senior Accounts Executive – Cum Tender

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Senior Accounts Executive with robust practical knowledge of Accounts & Finance and additional experience in Government Tendering/GeM Bidding. The candidate will primarily handle accounting activities while also managing government tender-related work.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle day-to-day accounting and financial activities.
- Maintain ledgers, vouchers, invoices, receipts, payments, and bank reconciliation.
- Handle GST/TDS-related documentation and compliance support.
- Prepare MIS reports and maintain proper financial records.
- Search and identify relevant Government Tenders and GeM Bids.
- Prepare and submit bids on GeM and other government portals.
- Handle EMD, PBG/EPBG, Tender Fees, Security Deposit,



etc.
- Prepare tender-related documents, quotations, declarations, and compliance sheets.
- Maintain records of tenders, contracts, POs, invoices, and payments.
- Coordinate with banks, government departments, vendors, and internal teams.
- Follow up for billing, payment collection, EMD/PBG release, and other related matters.

Preference: Candidates with strong Accounts experience and working knowledge of Government Tendering/GeM will be preferred.

Experience: 5-10 Years

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
