Job Description Position – Basketball Coach

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Conduct structured Basketball coaching sessions for children and adults
- Train players across beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels




- Plan and implement training programs focusing on technical, tactical, and physical development
- Prepare and guide players for tournaments and competitive matches
- Monitor and assess player progress on a regular basis
- Ensure a safe, engaging, and disciplined training setting

KEY COMPETENCIES

- Should have played Basketball at a competitive level for at least 5 years
- Minimum 2 years of experience in conducting Basketball coaching
- Relevant coaching certifications (BFI/ FIBA/ or equivalent) are preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to inspire, motivate and develop players across age groups
