We are looking for a driven Student Success Associate with a strong placement background to help our students land relevant jobs and internships. You will own the end-to-end placement process —from building employer partnerships to motivating students and capturing their success stories.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Student Placement

* Build and manage a pipeline of hiring partners across relevant domains.

* Match students to roles based on skill level, course specialization, and career goals.

* Track key metrics: time-to-placement, offer acceptance rate, and starting compensation.

* Follow up post-placement to ensure retention and satisfaction on both sides.

2. Success Story Creation

* Document placed students' journeys in written, video, and LinkedIn formats.

* Build a searchable repository of stories for use in marketing and student motivation.

3. Student Motivation & Follow-up

* Proactively engage stalled students and set explicit placement milestones.





* Identify at-risk students early and intervene before they disengage.

* Share peer success stories at the right moment to re-energize students.

Who Should Apply:

* Candidates with prior experience in placement, TPO roles, or career services.

* Minimum 2 years of experience in student placement or pre-sales preferred.

* Solid communication and relationship-building skills.

* Comfortable working with data, tracking metrics, and reporting outcomes.

* Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote setup.

* Familiarity with Google Docs, Google Sheets, and LinkedIn.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 per month
