PERFORMANCE MARKETING & SEO EXECUTIVE

JOB OBJECTIVE

We are looking for a Performance Marketing & SEO Executive with hands-on experience in managing paid advertising campaigns and improving website organic performance.

The primary objective is to increase website traffic, generate quality leads, improve conversions, and drive profitable online sales through effective digital marketing strategies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance, budgets, CPC, CTR, CPL, ROAS, and conversions.
- Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve organic rankings.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and website audits.
- Optimize website content, meta titles, descriptions, headings, URLs, and internal linking.
- Manage on-page and off-page SEO activities.
- Track website traffic and campaign performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and other SEO tools.
- Generate regular performance reports and provide actionable insights.
- Identify opportunities to improve lead generation, conversion rates, and ROI.
- Coordinate with the content/design team for digital marketing campaigns.
- Stay updated with the latest Google algorithm changes, SEO trends, and digital advertising practices.

QUALIFICATION

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, or a related field.




- Candidates with relevant certifications in Google Ads, SEO, Analytics, or Digital Marketing will be preferred.

- Good understanding of digital marketing metrics and campaign optimization.
- Ability to work independently and meet performance targets.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Passion for learning new digital marketing tools and technologies.
