Any Degree / Diploma in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or related fields.

Salary

₹20000 to ₹30,000 per month (Based on skills and experience)

Working Hours

Monday to Saturday

8:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Job Summary

We are looking for an IT Support Executive to provide day-to-day technical support for hardware, software, network, and user-related issues. The candidate will also assist in IT asset management, vendor coordination, and support manufacturing software and equipment.

Key Responsibilities

- Troubleshoot desktop, laptop, printer, and other hardware issues.
- Install, configure, and support Windows operating systems and application software.
- Provide basic support for LAN, Wi-Fi, internet connectivity, and network devices.
- Manage data backup and restoration activities.
- Support cloud storage and cloud-based applications.
- Assist users in accessing government portals, public websites, online uploads, and digital services.
- Coordinate and support all users across departments.
- Troubleshoot and coordinate support for CAD/CAM, ANSI, and other manufacturing-related software and machines.




- Monitor and follow IT security practices, including antivirus updates, patch management, and data protection.
- Coordinate with vendors for IT purchases, repairs, and service support.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and records.
- Provide user training and basic IT awareness when required.

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Basic understanding of LAN, Wi-Fi, and internet connectivity.
- Knowledge of data backup and recovery procedures.
- Basic understanding of cloud computing and cloud storage.
- Knowledge of IT security, patch management, and data protection practices.
- Good communication and user support skills.
- Ability to coordinate with external vendors and service providers.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in a manufacturing workplace.
- Exposure to CAD/CAM, CNC, ANSI, or manufacturing software applications.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and production-related IT infrastructure.
